  • In a bowl mix the softened butter, breadcrumbs and parsley.
  • In a large fry pan, heat 2 tbsps of olive oil. When heated, add the garlic, shallots and crushed red pepper.
  • Add your wine. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the butter mixture and heat until melted (do not burn). Add your lemon juice if using.
  • Add the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook until the shrimp are cooked thru about 8 to 10 minutes.

Notes

Serve hot over pasta or rice or eat on its own.  Feel free to cut the recipe in half if you need less servings!
